- Personal data processing period: we process your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data was collected.
- Source from which the personal data originated: Personal data may come from publicly available sources (e.g. land registry) or you may provide it to us directly. We do not provide personal data to recipients of personal data other than public authorities, courts or law enforcement authorities (if this obligation arises from the relevant legislation). - Voluntary provision of personal data: if the processing of personal data is based on your consent, the provision of personal data is completely voluntary; therefore, if you do not provide us with your personal data, you will not suffer any legal harm, but you will not be able to use our services. Otherwise, the processing of your personal data is only possible on the basis of a legal or contractual requirement (e.g. if the personal data is required to be included in a contract).
