RK commission of 5% + VAT

20%

20% of the purchase price of the apartment. Within 15 calendar days from the signing of the Future Purchase Contract.

30%

30% of the purchase price of the apartment. Within 14 calendar days after the registration of the units under construction and the owner's declaration in the land register.

50%

50% of the purchase price of the apartment. Within 14 days after the house is approved.
